Villa MKS, Rabat 2018

We work closely with this inspiring client to design a discreet but elegant property that benefits from tiny and fine touches of design. This 4 bed house sits in a rectangular and long plot, where a creative design aims to provide garden intrusions at all its spaces, to interfere into this long shape. The design includes a double height space above the dining space that allows light into the depth of the house, making a connection with the above glazed gallery and the glazed staircase. The house offers generous and protected ground floor terraces, connected to the inside space by the use of large tripe sliding doors. Combining the two spaces creates a home that will be, depending on the weather and the mood, equally enjoyable inside and outside.
